Through our channel partners NTD, Harpers install and implement quality LG-Nortel and NEC business phone systems. We focus on the strengths of the Telstra Business System solution. Once installed, Harpers will liaise directly with your nominated representative to fully implement the system. Implementation includes: - System programming by qualified technicians to accommodate your business requirements; - Comprehensive staff training on the systems features and applications, including easy reference operation manuals; and - Implementation of a “measurement” protocol to determine the systems operation, performance and functionality supports your business operations.
A Technical Logistics Centre has been established to provide on-going support services to our clients. Through the use of Remote Dial-in Access, modifications, enhancements and corrections required to your system can often be done without the need for an on-site technician, therefore minimizing response and/ or “down” time. Should a technician be required on-site, Harpers will arrange prompt service and advise you of an estimated time frame for attendance. Providing a single point of contact allows tasks to be undertaken as required and provides you with a suitable, prompt solution. |
