Mission Statement
To exceed our customers’ expectations by providing quality, reliable and cost effective service by way of highly trained and committed staff. Our focus is to provide services that are valued by our customers i.e. quality, competency, communication and value-adding services. To assist in the effective delivery of service and support, our head office is centrally located on the Sunshine Coast at 1a Tamper Street, Nambour.
At Harpers it is our aim to maintain the highest level of service, quality, workmanship and reliability for customer satisfaction at the lowest possible cost and in the shortest possible time. This will be achieved through: a) the development of close working relationships with major customers so a comprehensive understanding of customers needs is maintained; b) the on-going training and review of all staff to ensure skill set, knowledge and relevant licences are kept up-to-date; c) the understanding of established internal quality systems that assist in the smooth delivery of service to all customers; and d) the formation of a preferred suppliers list, that will ensure the supply of quality products in a timely and cost effective manner. |
